Regina the Florist has been serving the Puget Sound area since 1995 with full florist services from a studio tucked off the main road. Regina's offers daily floral deliveries throughout Edmonds and the surrounding areas, and beyond. 

Regina's eye for quality, keen sensitivity for the occasion and concern for the customer results in lovely, appropriate bouquets which, whether small or large, are uniquely exquisite!  Our floral bouquets begin at $40, with designer 's choice being the most popular.

We have a diverse selection of flowers available, but do not overstock.  We prefer to purchase our flowers on a day to day basis to ensure freshness and quality. Although there are many designs to be seen on our website, it is not possible to carry all the flowers all the time, but we do carry quality flowers all the time. 

With advance notice, we have more ability to purchase specialty flowers unique to your request. We recommend giving us a call if you would like a specific type of flower or arrangement, so that we can ensure its availability.  The more unusual styles should be ordered at least two to three days in advance of delivery. 

Regina the Florist's personal handling of each flower, each bouquet, each order makes the experience special.  And although the flowers are the gift, Regina believes it is the message the flowers bring that is the most important reason to send them!

A local delivery fee of $8.95 will be added to each order, for each address. For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee will vary.

All orders require a 2nd choice in the event your 1st item is not available.

U.S. orders must be received before 11:00 A.M. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery.  

PLEASE CALL US if you miss the cut-off and would like to see if we can still do a same-day delivery.

Orders received after the cut-off will be given consideration for delivery based on address and availability of flowers desired. In some cases, the delivery will be made the following day.

Please call us for time-sensitive deliveries to ensure the proper handling of your order. There is an additional $10.00 fee for "RUSH" deliveries.

We will do our best to accommodate time-sensitive deliveries, but cannot guarantee it.  

Sunday delivery is reserved for funeral services and other significant occasions or large events.  We will consider your request for a Sunday delivery, but you must call us prior to 3:00 p.m. Saturday. Orders placed online after this time will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed, and will require an additional delivery fee.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Please call if you would like something specific or if you have your heart set on a certain color or type of flower to ensure availability.

Please leave a message if you receive our voice mail. When hands are on flowers, or we are delivering flowers, we are not able to answer the phone.  If we are with another customer, we honor that customer's time.  We will return your call in a timely manner.

All orders require a 2nd choice in the event your 1st choice is not available. 

Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, usin g flowers of equal value, etc., but, substitutions are often necessary with both flowers and keepsake items, especially during major holidays.

In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.  If you have your heart set on a certain color, please call in advance to make sure that color is available. 

Our studio hours are flexible.  We are available by telephone, online or in person by appointment. You will find us available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday by telephone.  If you receive our voice recording, please leave a message.  We may be with another customer or out delivering orders. 

Saturday delivery is available if order is placed by Friday 5:00 p.m.  For same day delivery on Saturdays, please call to speak to us in person.

Although usually closed on Sundays, we will consider taking your order if it is a floral emergency such as a funeral service or other significant event. To have your request considered for Sunday delivery, you must you call us by 3:00 p.m. Saturday.

If you miss the cut-off, do not hesitate to call us and ask.  We have been known to accept orders beyond the cut-off if we can do it.  It may not always be possible, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

To help ensure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 48 hours prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our Style... includes, but not limited to customized arrangements traditional to exotic; English garden to Hawaiian tropical; contemporary; European hand-tied bouquets; dish and European gardens; silks upon request.

Our Services...flexible hours, personal attention, full-service delivery, large party work and event discounts, commercial accounts, flowers by the week or the month, singing telegrams by local community theater actors arranged by special request with one week's notice. 

     

Our delivery service covers most of the areas in and around Seattle, with some addresses requiring a 24 hour notice.
